Cicero is a town in northern Onondaga County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 Census, the population was 31,435. The name of the town was assigned by a clerk interested in the classics, honoring Cicero, a Roman statesman. Cicero is situated 3½ miles southwest of Lower South Bay.

Constantia is a census-designated place in the town of Constantia in Oswego County, New York, United States. Located on Oneida Lake, the community lies along State Route 49 and Scriba Creek. The population was 1,182 at the 2010 census. Constantia is situated 4½ miles northeast of Lower South Bay.
