Pultneyville is a hamlet located in the Town of Williamson, Wayne County, New York, United States. The population was 698 at the 2010 census. Pultneyville frames the mouth of Salmon Creek on the northern border of the town, and is situated on the southern shore of Lake Ontario. Pultneyville is situated 2½ miles west of Mink Creek.
