Pembroke is a town in Genesee County, Western New York, United States. The population was 4,292 at the 2010 census. The town is named after a town in west Wales. Pembroke lies on the west border of Genesee County, west of Batavia. Pembroke is situated 2½ miles west of Town of Pembroke.

The village of Corfu lies along the southern edge of the town of Pembroke; about 1.5 acres within the village limits are within the town of Darien to the south. Corfu is situated 2½ miles south of Town of Pembroke.
