Zavikon Island refers to either the larger or the pair of islands in the Thousand Islands archipelago on the St. Lawrence River between New York and Ontario, two kilometres southeast of Rockport, Ontario and approximately 200 metres north of the international boundary.

Open to guests seasonally between mid-May and mid-October, it is located on Heart Island in the Saint Lawrence River. Boldt Castle is situated 2½ miles southwest of Summerland Island.
