Starve Island
Starve Island is an island of the U.S. state of Ohio located in Lake Erie. The 2-acre island is about a mile south of South Bass Island. In normal weather conditions it is visible for only a mile or two, as some rocks and a few shrubs poking up from the lake, and is the second smallest of the Lake Erie Islands.| Tap on a place to explore it |

Put-in-Bay Airport is a public airport located in Put-in-Bay on South Bass Island in Ottawa County, Ohio, United States. The approach to Runway 21 is complicated by Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial, which is almost exactly in line with the runway; pilots are asked to respect special procedures to avoid the monument.

South Bass Island Light is a lighthouse on the southern end of its eponymous island in Lake Erie. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on April 5, 1990 and is thought to be the only lighthouse in the United States owned by a university - Ohio State.

Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial commonly known as Perry's Monument commemorates the Battle of Lake Erie that took place near Ohio's South Bass Island, in which American Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry led a United States Navy squadron to victory over a smaller Royal Navy squadron under Robert Heriot Barclay during the War of 1812. Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial is situated 2 miles north of Starve Island.
