Prospect Park is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Shippen Township, Cameron County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located along Pennsylvania Route 155 just east of the borough of Emporium. Prospect Park is situated 2½ miles south of Fourmile Run.

Emporium is a borough and the county seat of Cameron County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Early in the twentieth century, there were large power plants and manufacturers of radio tubes and incandescent lamps, paving brick, flour, iron, lumber, and sole leather. Emporium is situated 3 miles southwest of Fourmile Run.
