Cedar Run is an unincorporated community in Brown Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, United States. Cedar Run, a stream with the same name as the community, enters Pine Creek at Cedar Run, in the Pine Creek Gorge. Cedar Run is situated 2½ miles west of Hoyt Hollow.

Blackwell is an unincorporated community in Morris Township, Tioga County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It lies about 6 miles southwest of Morris and about 6 miles north of Cedar Run along Pennsylvania Route 414. Babb Creek enters Pine Creek at Blackwell, in the Pine Creek Gorge. Blackwell is situated 2½ miles north of Hoyt Hollow.
