Jersey Mills is an unincorporated community in McHenry Township, Lycoming County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It lies along Pine Creek in the Pine Creek Gorge upstream of Waterville along Pennsylvania Route 414. Jersey Mills is situated 1½ miles south of Pikes Peak Trail.
