Blackwell is an unincorporated community in Morris Township, Tioga County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It lies about 6 miles southwest of Morris and about 6 miles north of Cedar Run along Pennsylvania Route 414. Babb Creek enters Pine Creek at Blackwell, in the Pine Creek Gorge. Blackwell is situated 4 miles east of Tumbling Run.

Cedar Run and two of its tributaries, Slide Island Draft and Frying Pan Run, flow through Leetonia. Leetonia is situated 4 miles northwest of Tumbling Run.
