Blackwell is an unincorporated community in Morris Township, Tioga County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It lies about 6 miles southwest of Morris and about 6 miles north of Cedar Run along Pennsylvania Route 414. Babb Creek enters Pine Creek at Blackwell, in the Pine Creek Gorge.

It lies along Leetonia Road, in the Tioga State Forest between Pennsylvania Route 414 and U.S. Route 6. Cedar Run and two of its tributaries, Slide Island Draft and Frying Pan Run, flow through Leetonia.
