The Lewistown Armory is an historic National Guard armory that is located in Derry Township, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. Lewistown Armory is situated 2 miles southeast of Yeagertown.

School
Indian Valley High School was a high school in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. It administered up to 1000 students. Its mascot was the Indian Valley Warrior. After districtwide restructuring the school was converted into an 8-9 junior high in 2011.
