Theatre-By-the-Sea is a historic theater and playhouse at Cards Pond Road in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Theater by the Sea is situated 2½ miles southwest of The Hills.

The Red House is a historic house in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. The main block, a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure was probably built sometime in the early 18th century, and has long been a landmark in the Perryville village, receiving its name in the early 19th century.
