Baileys Harbor is an unincorporated census-designated place in Door County, within the town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin, United States. The community is located on Wisconsin Highway 57 northeast of Jacksonport. As of the 2010 census, its population was 257. Baileys Harbor is situated 3½ miles southwest of Mud Lake.

The easternmost part of Wisconsin, the scenic beauties of this peninsula along with maritime history makes this peninsula a very popular tourist destination in Wisconsin and the Great Lakes, especially in the Summer. Sturgeon Bay is the largest city in the county, and has its own article. Ephraim is situated 5 miles northwest of Mud Lake.
