Boulder Junction is a town in Vilas County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 956 at the 2018 census. In 1903, the Milwaukee Railroad laid tracks to the area that became known as Boulder Junction. Boulder Junction is situated 5 miles north of Trout Lake.
