The W. H. Sammis Power Plant was a 2.23-gigawatt coal power plant in Stratton, Jefferson County, Ohio. The plant was operated by Energy Harbor. It began operations in 1960. W. H. Sammis Power Plant is situated 1½ miles south of Cluster Islands.
