Towner is a census-designated place in and governed by Kiowa County, Colorado, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 18. It is the easternmost town in Colorado, located less than 2 miles from the Kansas state line, along Colorado State Highway 96. Towner is situated 3½ miles east of Budde Strip.
