Dallas is an extinct town in Ouray County, Colorado, United States. Also known as Dallas City, it lay about 3 miles north of the present town of Ridgway at the confluence of Dallas Creek and the Uncompahgre River. Dallas is situated 2½ miles west of Dry Gulch.

The Town of Ridgway is a home rule municipality that is the most populous municipality in Ouray County, Colorado, United States. The town is a former railroad stop on the Uncompahgre River in the northern San Juan Mountains. Ridgway is situated 3½ miles southwest of Dry Gulch.
