Big Spring State Park is a state park in Big Spring, Howard County, Texas, United States and managed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. It was opened in 1936 after the 381.99 acres upon which it is situated was deeded to the state by the city of Big Spring in 1934 and 1935.

Webb Air Force Base, previously named Big Spring Air Force Base, was a United States Air Force facility of the Air Training Command that operated from 1951 to 1977 in West Texas within the current city limits of Big Spring. Hangar 25 Air Museum is situated 2 miles west of KBYG-AM (Big Spring).
