Manti Utah Temple

The Manti Utah Temple is the fifth constructed temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The temple construction was completed in 1888. Manti Utah Temple is situated 1¼ miles east of KMTI-AM (Manti).

Known as the Temple City, Manti is proud of its rich heritage. The city was named after a city from the LDS Church Book of Mormon.
Sterling

Sterling is in Central Utah. Surveyed by James Snow in 1881 after securing rights to former Indian reservation land from the government. Most of the Pettyville settlers moved to this higher bench above Six Mile Creek, six miles south of Manti, and the main road was eventually rerouted to service them.
