Castle Valley is a town in the Castle Valley in southeastern Grand County, Utah, United States. The population was 347 at the 2020 census. The town is approximately 16 miles northeast of Moab, near State Route 128. Castle Valley is situated 2½ miles north of Porcupine Rim.
