Spring Lake is a town in southern Utah County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Provo–Orem Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 528 at the 2020 census. It is located just south of Payson and northeast of Santaquin. Spring Lake is situated 5 miles northwest of Shingle Mill Hollow.
