Saxman Totem Park

Saxman Totem Park is a public park in the city of Saxman, Alaska, just south of Ketchikan in southeastern Alaska. The park is home to a collection of totem poles, some of which are old poles relocated to this place from unoccupied Tlingit villages in the region, or were reconstructed by skilled Tlingit carvers under the auspices of the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s.

Deer Mountain is a 3,001.97 feet mountain peak located in the Tongass National Forest in the Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska, which dominates the skyline behind downtown Ketchikan. Deer Mountains is situated 2 miles north of Idaho Rock.

Stedman–Thomas Historic District

The Stedman–Thomas Historic District encompasses what was historically the southern portion of Ketchikan, Alaska. It extends along Stedman and Thomas Streets, from Ketchikan Creek in the north to East Street in the south, and includes a few properties on adjacent spur side streets. Stedman–Thomas Historic District is situated 2 miles northwest of Idaho Rock.

Saxman is a town on Revillagigedo Island in Ketchikan Gateway Borough in southeastern Alaska, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 411, down from 431 in 2000. The city of Ketchikan lies just to its northwest.

Ketchikan is a scenic town of approximately 14,000 people along the Tongass Narrows, at the foot of Deer Mountain, on Revillagigedo Island in Southeast Alaska. It is the southernmost and fourth largest city in Alaska.
