Elkton is a city in Douglas County, Oregon, United States. It is located on the lower Umpqua River, at the junction of Oregon Route 38 and Oregon Route 138, about 20 miles west of Interstate 5 and about 14 miles west of Drain.

Kellogg, Oregon is an unincorporated community on the Umpqua River in Douglas County, Oregon, United States. It was named for brothers Lyman and Adna Barnes Kellogg. The post office operated from January 17, 1879 to 1921. Adna was its first postmaster. Kellogg is situated 5 miles southwest of Bell Mountain.
