William M. Tugman State Park is a state park in the U.S. state of Oregon. Administered by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, the park borders Eel Lake, about 8 miles south of Reedsport near U.S. Route 101.

It is about 8 miles south of Winchester Bay and one mile west of Lakeside, on U.S. Route 101 next to Tenmile Creek and the Oregon Dunes. Tenmile Lake was named for Tenmile Creek, which was said to be ten miles south of Winchester Bay. Tenmile is situated 3 miles southwest of Eel Lake.
