Neahkahnie Mountain is a mountain, or headland, on the Oregon Coast, north of Manzanita in Oswald West State Park overlooking U.S. Route 101, that has a pass elevation of approximately 620 feet, which is the third highest point of the highway in Oregon. Neahkahnie Mountain is situated 2½ miles southeast of Falcon Rock.

Named for the natural arch in the coastal rocks and the headland that extends into the Pacific Ocean, it is located along the Pacific coast, approximately four miles south of Cannon Beach, between Hug Point State Recreation Site to the north and Oswald West State Park to the south.
