Seal Rock is an unincorporated coastal community in Lincoln County, Oregon, United States, between Newport and Waldport on U.S. Route 101. The community of Seal Rock is named for the Seal Rocks, a ledge of partially submerged rocks that parallel the shore for about 2.5 miles. Seal Rock is situated 2½ miles northwest of Howe Canyon.

Waldport is a charming if understated Central Oregon Coast town approximately 34 miles north of Florence and 16 miles south of Newport. Most likely you will just be passing through, but the Alsea Bay Interpretive Center may be worth a stop if you are interested in the construction of the Alsea Bay bridge or local history.
