Scio High School is a public high school in Scio, Oregon. The school is one of eight public high schools in Linn County, Oregon. It serves much of the county's northwestern region, with the district encompassing the greater Scio area, including the community of Jordan and the northern reaches of Lacomb.

The Shimanek Bridge is a covered bridge near Scio in Linn County in the U.S. state of Oregon. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places as Thomas Creek – Shimanek Covered Bridge in 1987. Schimanek Bridge is situated 2 miles east of Leffler Grade.

The E. C. Peery Building is a historic building in Scio, Oregon, United States that was built in 1881 in the Italianate style. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
