Upper Chush Falls is a 200-foot waterfall on Whychus Creek, in the Cascade Range southwest of Sisters in the U.S. state of Oregon. Chush Falls, a 50-foot waterfall, is further downstream on the same creek. Upper Chush Falls is situated 1½ miles south of North Fork Whychus Creek.
