Haystack Rock is a 235 ft-tall sea stack in Cannon Beach, Oregon. The monolithic rock is adjacent to the beach and accessible by foot at low tide. The Haystack Rock tide pools are home to many intertidal animals, including starfish, sea anemone, crabs, chitons, limpets, and sea slugs. Haystack Rock is situated 2½ miles south of Sea Lion Rock Arch.

It is located approximately 1.2 miles offshore from Tillamook Head, and 20 miles south of the mouth of the Columbia River near Astoria, situated on less than an acre of basalt rock in the Pacific Ocean. Tillamook Rock Light is situated 2 miles northwest of Sea Lion Rock Arch.
