Obsidian Cliff, also known as 48YE433, was an important source of lithic materials for prehistoric peoples in Yellowstone National Park near Mammoth Hot Springs, Wyoming, United States. Obsidian Cliff is situated 1½ miles northwest of Lake of the Woods.

Roaring Mountain was named for the numerous fumaroles on the western slope of the peak which during the early 1900s were loud enough to be heard for several miles. Roaring Mountain is situated 1½ miles south of Lake of the Woods.
