Hope is a census-designated place in Kenai Peninsula Borough in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is 70 miles south of Anchorage. As of the 2010 census the population was 192, up from 137 in 2000. Hope is situated 6 miles northwest of Coeur D’Alene Campground.
