Lata Mountain

Lata Mountain is the summit of the island of Taʻū in the Manuʻa Islands. The summit of Lata Mountain is the highest point in American Samoa. The easiest route up is a 2.5mi trail maintained by the National Park Service.

Tau Airport was a privately owned, private-use airport located 1.6 kilometers southeast of the village of Ta‘ū on the island of Ta‘ū in American Samoa, an unincorporated territory of the United States. Tau Airport is situated 2½ miles west of Manuʻa Islands.

Taʻū is the largest inhabited island in the Manuʻa Islands in American Samoa and the easternmost volcanic island of the Samoan Islands. In the early 19th century, the island was sometimes called Opoun.

Village
Faleāsao is a village in American Samoa. Administratively, it is located in Faleāsao County, Manuʻa District, on the northern shore of Taʻū Island. It is divided into two sub-villages: Siʻuaʻi, consisting of the eastern half; and Tufulele, consisting of the western half. Faleasao is situated 2½ miles west of Manuʻa Islands.
Fitiuta
Village
Fitiuta, also known as Fiti'uta or Maia, is a village on the northeast coast of Taʻū island, one of the Manuʻa Islands in American Samoa. As of the 2010 United States census, it had a population of 153. Fitiuta is situated 3½ miles east of Manuʻa Islands.
