Blaine Lake is a town in central Saskatchewan, Canada. It is located 85 km north of Saskatoon, 104 km southwest of Prince Albert and 104 km east of North Battleford at the junction of Highway 12 and Highway 40. Blaine Lake is situated 4½ km south of Flat Lake.

Marcelin is a village in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within the Rural Municipality of Blaine Lake No. 434 and Census Division No. 16. It was named after the first postmaster Antoine Marcelin in 1904. Marcelin is situated 10 km northeast of Flat Lake.
