Town
Renews–Cappahayden is a small fishing town on the southern shore of Newfoundland, 83 kilometres south of St. John's. The town was incorporated in the mid-1960s by amalgamating the formerly independent villages of Renews and Cappahayden. Renews-Cappahayden is situated 4½ km north of Gull Pond.

Fermeuse is a town in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The town had a population of 266 in the Canada 2021 Census. The town is located on the eastern portion of the Avalon Peninsula approximately 80 kilometres south of St. Fermeuse is situated 10 km north of Gull Pond.
