South Rustico is located 6 kilometres south of North Rustico and 26 kilometres north of Charlottetown in the central part of the province on the north shore. South Rustico is situated 5 km west of Hornes Creek.

Rusticoville is located south of North Rustico and in the central part of the province on the north shore, fronting the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Rusticoville is situated 8 km northwest of Hornes Creek.
