Island Falls is a hydroelectric power station in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is operated by SaskPower — a Crown corporation — and is situated on the Churchill River about 97 kilometres northwest of Flin Flon, Manitoba. Island Falls Hydroelectric Station is situated 5 km north of Johnson Bay.

It is situated on the shore of Wasawakasik Lake — which is a lake along the course of the Churchill River — about 70 kilometres north of the community of Pelican Narrows and 190 kilometres northwest of Creighton and Flin Flon. Sandy Bay is situated 6 km northeast of Johnson Bay.
