Blacks Harbour is a community in the rural community of Eastern Charlotte, New Brunswick, Canada. It held village status prior to 2023. It is on a harbour of the same name opening onto the Bay of Fundy. Blacks Harbour is situated 2½ km southeast of Letang Peninsula.

Back Bay is a local descriptive being on the opposite side of a peninsula from Letete, where Green's Point Lighthouse guides ships into the safe waters.
