Smooth Rock Falls is an incorporated town in the Cochrane District in Northeastern Ontario, Canada, with a population of 1,200 at the 2021 census. Smooth Rock Falls is named after a smooth rock island in the middle of the Mattagami River, which was a traditional crossing point. Smooth Rock Falls is situated 5 km southeast of Levarg Lake.
