Long Island

Long Island is one of the many uninhabited Canadian arctic islands in Qikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut. It is a Baffin Island offshore island located in Frobisher Bay, approximately 4 km south of the capital city of Iqaluit.

The Nunatta Sunakkutaangit Museum is a museum of Nunavut history and Inuit culture, located in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The museum was founded in 1969 by two employees of Canada's Department of Indian Affairs. Nunatta Sunakkutaangit Museum is situated 2½ km north of Long Island.

St. Jude's Cathedral is the Anglican cathedral in Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada. The cathedral is the seat of the Diocese of The Arctic, which covers the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Nunavik region of Northern Quebec. St. Jude’s Cathedral is situated 3 km north of Long Island.
