Rusticoville is located south of North Rustico and in the central part of the province on the north shore, fronting the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Rusticoville is situated 3 km northeast of New Glasgow.

South Rustico is located 6 kilometres south of North Rustico and 26 kilometres north of Charlottetown in the central part of the province on the north shore. South Rustico is situated 4½ km east of New Glasgow.
