Dark Island, a prominent feature of the Saint Lawrence Seaway, is located in the lower Thousand Islands region, near Chippewa Bay. It is a part of the Town of Hammond, in St. Lawrence County, New York. Dark Island is situated 3 km south of Renny Island.

Crossover Island Light is a lighthouse on the Saint Lawrence River in New York state near the Canada–United States border. The lighthouse was established in 1848 and the last tower was first lit in 1882. Crossover Island Light is situated 3 km northeast of Renny Island.
