Toko Mouth is a settlement close to the south bank of the mouth of the Tokomairaro River, some 50 kilometres south of Dunedin and 15 kilometres southeast of Milton in Otago, New Zealand. Toko Mouth is situated 4½ km northeast of Waikaro.
