Gladstone is a lightly populated locality in the Carterton District of New Zealand's North Island, located on the Mangahuia Stream near where the Tauweru River joins the Ruamāhanga River. Gladstone is situated 3½ km northwest of Kourara.

Established in 1902 under the Land for Settlements Consolidation Act 1900, it once formed part of a large estate along with neighbouring Table-lands. Longbush is situated 9 km southwest of Kourara.
