Hihi or Hihi Beach is a village and rural community in the Far North District and Northland Region of New Zealand's North Island. The local Waitetoki Marae is a meeting place for the local Ngāti Kahu hapū of Ngāti Ruaiti. Hihi is situated 4 km southwest of Taemaro.

Mangōnui is a settlement on the west side of Mangōnui Harbour in Northland, New Zealand. State Highway 10 runs through it. It is the easternmost of the Taipa-Mangonui string of settlements, separated from Coopers Beach to the northwest by Mill Bay Road. Mangōnui is situated 7 km southwest of Taemaro.

Taipa-Mangonui is a string of seaside communities in the Far Far North of the North Island of New Zealand. The communities lie along State Highway 10 in the large Doubtless Bay and are, from the west, Taipa, Cable Bay, Coopers Beach and Mangonui.
