Omaka River
The Omaka River is a river of the Marlborough Region of New Zealand's South Island. It flows north from the slopes of Mount Horrible 30 kilometres west of Seddon, reaching the Ōpaoa River at the eastern end of Renwick.Places of Interest

Military installation
The Waihopai Station is a secure communication facility, located near Blenheim, run by New Zealand's Government Communications Security Bureau. The station started operating in 1989, and collects data that is then shared with New Zealand's allies.
