El Gorah is a locale in northeastern Sinai, in Egypt, approximately 16 kilometers from the Israeli border and 37 km southeast of El Arish. The area is sparsely populated by nomads and by farmers who tend small orchards. El Gorah is situated 3½ km east of Darb el-Mellahat.
Sheikh Zuweid
Town
Sheikh Zuweid is a Bedouin town in the North Sinai Governorate of Egypt near the border with the Gaza Strip. It is situated between the cities of Arish and Rafah and is 334 kilometers northeast of Cairo. It had a population of around 60,000 as of 2015. Sheikh Zuweid is situated 10 km north of Darb el-Mellahat.
