Lihou is a small tidal island just off the west coast of the island of , in the , between and . Administratively, Lihou forms part of the Parish of St Peter's in the , and is now owned by the States of Guernsey, although there have been a number of owners in the past. is situated 2½ km north of Fort Pezeries.

, colloquially known as the "cup and saucer", is a located on a tidal rock in Rocquaine Bay in on the west coast of the island. is situated 1¼ km east of Fort Pezeries.
