The Tatsumi No. 1 Parking Area is a rest area that is located on the Fukagawa Route of the Shuto Expressway in Tatsumi, Kōtō, Tokyo. Located in the Tatsumi Junction, only vehicles heading from the Bayshore Route via Ariake Junction to the Fukagawa Route can be used. Tatsumi No. 1 Parking Area is situated 240 metres south of Tatsumi Station.

The Tokyo Aquatics Centre is an indoor swimming pool in the Mori- Beach Park in Tatsumi in the Kōtō ward in eastern Tokyo. Construction began in April 2017 and was completed in 2020. Tokyo Aquatics Centre is situated 770 metres northeast of Tatsumi Station.
