The Château de Tarascon is a medieval castle in Tarascon in the Bouches-du-Rhône department of the south of France. The fortress stands on the banks of the Rhône opposite Château de Beaucaire, and near St Martha's Collegiate Church and ensured the security of the western border of Provence.

The Château de Beaucaire is a ruined medieval castle in the commune of Beaucaire in the Gard département of France. First built by the Counts of Toulouse, the castle served as an important point in the Albigensian Crusade and was torn down on Richelieu's orders in the 16th century.
