Mackellar Inlet
Mackellar Inlet is an inlet forming the northwestern head of Admiralty Bay, at King George Island in the South Shetland Islands. It was probably named by the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, who charted Admiralty Bay in December 1909. Cockscomb Hill is a conspicuous hill shaped like a cockscomb, 140 metres high, which rises through the glacier at the head of Mackellar Inlet in Admiralty Bay, King George Island, in the South Shetland Islands.

Wegger Peak is a peak, 305 m, at the west side of the entrance to Mackellar Inlet, Admiralty Bay, on King George Island in the South Shetland Islands. The name "Le Poing" was given to an elevation hereabout by the French Antarctic Expedition under Charcot in 1908–10. Wegger Peak is situated 3 km southwest of Mackellar Inlet.

The Comandante Ferraz Antarctic Station is a permanent Antarctic research station named after the Brazilian Navy Commander Luís Antônio de Carvalho Ferraz, who visited Antarctica many times with the British exploration team and managed to convince his government to create a self-guided Brazilian Antarctic Program. Comandante Ferraz Antarctic Station is situated 3½ km east of Mackellar Inlet.
